
This Berry & Banana Kefir Smoothie Bowl is a delicious and creamy breakfast bowl rich in probiotics! This healing bowl can help improve your gut health. The base of this smoothie bowl is Kefir, which contains billions of live active probiotic cultures, making it the perfect freshing gut-friendly breakfast.
To make this creamy bowl, simply blend the yogurt kefir with frozen bananas as well as frozen berries and add some honey. If you want the smoothie a little less creamy or to help with the blending process, you can add some milk of choice! This bowl is high in fibre and antioxidant rich. Top with your favourite toppings!
I like to have high protein breakfasts to jump start my day, prevent cravings and feelings of hunger later in the day. To add more protein per serving, feel free to top up with some high protein nuts and seeds. For added protein, I recommend hemp hearts and/or pumpkin seeds.

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 cups of frozen berries
1 cup of probiotic kefir yogurt (or yogurt of choice)
1/4 cup milk of choice (optional)
2 tsp of honey
Directions:
Pour all ingredients in a blender until smooth and add toppings of choice
